We do however understand that unfortunate things happen, and we are more than willing to review any problem you are encountering for the best solutions.
Please be advised that we will not accept any return without a formal Branch Home RMA. If you would kindly fill out our claims form to the best of your abilities with information and images, our claims department will review and respond to you within 24-48 hours.
