Thank you for choosing Branch Home (Branch Home Designs, LLC). We are a to the trade lifestyle brand focusing on Retailers and Designers with a valid resale certificate or tax ID. The opening stock order for a Retail location is $5,000 and with a $5,000 minimum per year. Designers have no order minimum requirements. However, Designers can obtain Dealer pricing with a $10,000 buy-in, and with a $10,000 minimum per year. All customers are required to provide a non-refundable 50% deposit on all made to order upholstery and custom products. All invoices must be paid in FULL before your products will ship including shipping charges. Placing an order and or receiving an order from Branch Home confirms your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All Branch Home products are handcrafted and may vary slightly. Small irregularities in size and finish are not considered a defect. Natural stone products will have varying finish, tone, texture and color along with friseur as part of an inherit nature. All authorized returns for non-defective products are subject to a 35% restocking fee Plus shipping and handling charges. All returns must be packaged properly in the original packaging to prevent damage to the product. Returns must be properly labeled with a Branch Home RA number and must be received within 15 days of your claim being filed. Claims for shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product. Damage to the exterior of the shipping box must be noted on the Bill of Lading (carriers’ receipt). Save all packing materials in case the item needs to be shipped back to our receiving warehouse. Branch Home reserves the right to replace, repair or provide you with a credit. All products must be returned to Branch Home before a replacement or credit will be given. All items returned without prior permission will be refused.
Limited Warranty
Branch Home warrants its products for one year from the date received. However, defects caused due to improper installing, handling, storage or 3rd party shipping are excluded from the warranty. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
Branch Home reserves the right to make changes to the IMAP Policy at any point without written notice. Images of the products purchased will be shared with Retailers that stock Branch Home product on their sales floor. Product prices should be advertised on the internet no less than MSRP, and sales on the internet are prohibited. E-commerce only sites are prohibited.
